Repairs and Claims
Sam's Plan is an online maintenance and repair service for your home and kitchen appliances. In order to keep costs of your Maintenance Plan down, all enquiries and repair requests are made online. This saves on excessive office and telephone staffing costs, and we can therefore put more funding back in to a good efficient service to our clients.
Should you require a repair to one or more of your appliances, simply log on to your own Sam's Plan portal via our Customer Centre
using the log in details which we sent you when you purchased your Sam's Plan. Next, you simply complete the online service request form, pay the small excess charge and await contact from one of our Approved Service Centres. If you have lost your log in details, please use the link within the customer centre to request a reminder.
Once you have logged into your own Sam's Plan portal, you will find that many of the form fields are pre-populated. However, it is essential that you supply us with all your contact details, including home, work, and mobile telephone numbers, as our service centres may contact you in the evening to arrange an appointment, or advise you that spare parts have arrived. Therefore please complete any relevant fields where information is missing.
