There will be no surprises with unwanted call-out charges or expensive parts, as these are all included in your Samson cover plan. Samson will cover the costs of most types of electro mechanical breakdowns including call out charges, parts and labour, leaving a small repair excess of £20 to pay. Samson will even contribute towards a replacement appliance if yours cannot be repaired.
